“Hacker”, one of the most popular words in the cyber generation today. But most of the times the term is misunderstood to be “cyber criminal” or “cyber vandal”. Only a few people know what actually a hacker does. There are various meanings for the term “hacker”. But let me define my own way. “A hacker is a specialist programmer who enjoys solving the unsolved problems in the cyber world”. Hackers are enthusiastic programmers who enjoy programming systems. Hackers find out the vulnerabilities in a system (or networks) and help the administrators in fixing that vulnerability. They never tamper with data or crash the systems. Hackers are like scientists in the cyber world. They spend most of the time in front of the computer programming and experimenting new techniques and technologies. It is the hackers who developed the internet and let all the people around the world come closer together.

Microsoft Windows XP won’t allow you to uninstall Internet Explorer. How can you fix the browser or even reinstall the program if it becomes corrupt?
If you don’t yet have the very latest Internet Explorer, you can fix many problems by visiting
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com
and updating to the latest version. If you’re already up to date, however, the site won’t let you reinstall the program. You need to fool the system into thinking you don’t have the latest version.
Launch REGEDIT from the Start menu’s Run dialog and navigate to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{89820200-ECBD-11cf-8B85-00AA005B4383}. In the right-hand pane, double-click on the DWORD value IsInstalled and change it from 1 to 0 (no matter whether you choose Decimal or Hexadecimal). Close REGEDIT and go to the Windows update site again. Now it should let you “update” IE and, with luck, fix the problems.
By the way, you can do the same thing if you need to repair Outlook Express, but at the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components\{44BBA840-CC51-11CF-AAFA-00AA00B6015C}.

you will notice a delay between different tiers of the menu hierarchy. For the fastest computer experience possible I recommend changing this value to zero. This will allow the different tiers to appear instantly.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop
Select MenuShowDelay from the list on the right.
Right on it and select Modify.
Change the value to 0.
Reboot your computer.

How to login as administrator if you don’t see it available tip…
Unless and until you have run into issues and fixing XP (underwhich case you have to go to Safe Mode to login as Administrator), you can get to administrator screen by simply pressing CTRL+ALT+DELETE twice at the main screen.
